Smart Solutions for Little Spaces

Our boys Julian and Noa share a room. It’s not the biggest in the world, and their two separate toddler beds were simply taking up too much space. So we needed a new solution. I opted for a bunk bed with a large bottom bunk. The bed makes use of otherwise under-used vertical space, clearing up some wall space, and the extra large mattress on the bottom ensures that I have somewhere to sleep, if I have to go take care of them in the middle of the night. Before going to bed they can read a book or two or three. I loved setting accents with the wallpaper by FERM Living. I spray-painted the chandelier and added some spray-painted branches to help make the room look more pulled together. Done!
